Wood destroying organisms in Florida include Subterranean Termites, Drywood Termites, Wood Decay Fungi, and wood boring beetles such as Powder Post beetles and Old House borers. Our inspectors are State Certified WDO inspectors with several years of experience and meet all of the Florida continuing education requirements. We perform the WDO inspection while performing the home inspection so one additional step can be eliminated, which saves time and money.
WDO inspections are performed by DL employees.
